Welcome to our seven-week journey!
Over the next seven weeks, we will fast in seven different areas.
Food, clothing, possessions, waste, spending, media, and stress.
Week One: Food!
Option One: commit to eating only 7 foods for 7 days. Chicken, eggs, whole wheat bread, sweet potatoes, spinach, avocados, and apples. Only salt, pepper, and olive oil for condiments. Only water to drink.
Option Two (JoAnn’s Choice): Chicken, egg whites, rice, black beans, spinach, avocados, and apples, Only salt, pepper, and coconut oil. Only water and 1/2 cup of black coffee (AM only). Sorry, I don’t have time to detox before we begin.
Option Three: Eat only real food for 7 days! No processed foods, no artificial sweeteners/flavors/colors, no added sugar (i.e. cookies, ice cream, cakes, etc.)
